What time is the office open?
We have a physical office open Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All phones are forwarded to Katy’s cell phone after hours.
When can I access my storage unit?
Access your unit 24/7. The gate is open Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but tenants are able to get inside by entering their gate code into the keypad.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
All you need is a form of valid government-issued ID (e.g., driver’s license, military ID, passport, state ID).
Do I need to store long-term?
You never have to store with us long-term. We offer flexible month-to-month leases at affordable prices.
What is drive-up access?
Drive-up access allows tenants to quickly load and unload their belongings by driving directly up to their unit door. This is a great option for anyone with heavy or delicate items.
How do I know my belongings are safe?
We’ve installed high quality video cameras around the property and each building so that we’re able to monitor who comes and goes 24/7. Our resident manager also conducts walks-throughs throughout the day.
Do you offer temperature controlled units?
We offer temperature controlled units that are best fit for anyone storing instruments, electronics, furniture, household appliances, photos, documents, and other environmentally sensitive items. They store your belongings in temperatures between 50 and 80 degrees.
